The Registrar of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Mr. Andrews Kwasi Boateng, had an interactive session with the administrative staff of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources as part of the implementation of the Registrarās Offices Strategic Plan and the College Registrarās Workplan for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The event was held at the College Conference Room on Monday, 4th April 2022.
Mr. Boateng indicated that the purpose of the event was to discuss the Collegeās Workplan and address issues affecting the activities of Administrative Staffs in the College.
Mrs. Juliana Serwaa Andoh, the College Registrar, outlined a year-long programme that includes Monthly Meetings with Faculty Registrars, Heads of Departments, Administrative Assistants, and CANaRSA Students Executives, and Organizing Internal Training workshops for the Administrative Assistants on IT management tools.
"Congratulations to your Team on drafting this very comprehensive Plan of Action"; in response to the College Registrar's presentation of the work plan, the University Registrar stated.
He advised Administrative Assistants to be diligent, efficient, and committed to their work indicating their role has an impact on the Registrarās office.

Participants were also encouraged to use Google Suite Applications such as Google Docs and Calendars to help them work more efficiently.
