A Full Professor of Animal Nutrition at the Department of Animal Science, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana. He holds a PhD in Animal Nutrition from KNUST and B.SC. (Agriculture) from the same University in 2010 and 2003 respectively. During his PhD studies, he was appointed as a Graduate Assistant where he assisted in the delivery of courses in the faculty.
In August 2010, he was employed as a lecturer and promoted to the rank of Associate Professor in August 2020 and has served as the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture (2018-2019, 2021-2022 & 2022-2023); the Head of the Department of Animal Science, KNUST (2017-2019 and 2022 to date); Examinations officer for the Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Animal Science and the Institute of Distance Learning (IDL) based Programmes, In all, he has 20 years of university teaching experience and 10 years in administrative positions.
