A Senior Systems Analyst with the UITS, Mr. Emmanuel Nii Okaidza Afful speaking at the training session indicated that the electronic system is to replace manual application process, and also towards making post retirement contract application at the department, faculty, and college levels of the university paperless. He said, what we have been doing manually at the colleges, faculties and departments will be done electronically under this new system.
Senior ICT Assistants with the UITS, Mrs Mary Lamptey and Mr. Francis Yankey educated participants on how to use the newly developed system. Participants were taken through a trial session on how to process post retirement contract for recommendation and approval at the College Appointment Promotion Sub Committee (CAPSC) Meeting.
